How To Give Yourself A Really Good Foot Massage

Being on your feet all day can make for a pair of really sore feet, but not everyone has enough time or money to get a professional foot massage.

This video shows a great way to give yourself a much needed foot massage at the end of a long day, totally free and highly effective! This is a try-it-while-you-watch-it video, so kick off your shoes and follow along with these simple steps:

Step 1: Grab your foot, put your fingers through your toes and circle your foot three times in each direction. Glide your hands from your toes to your ankles.

Step 2: Squeeze your foot and move towards your ankle.

Dig into tender spots.

Step 3: With medium pressure, press both thumbs into the bottom of your heel and work your way up to your toes.

Step 4: Squeeze and pull on each toe. Circle each one.

Step 5: Press and roll your thumbs from the middle of your foot to the top of your ankle.

Step 6: Repeat Step 2.

Step 7: Grab your heel and bend the top of your foot back and forth.

Step 8: Drum your foot lightly with your fist.

Repeat these steps on your other foot, and feel the amazing difference! So, give yourself a much-needed foot massage, and enjoy.
