She Puts Her Face Close To The Lion’s Fence – And What She Gets In Return? Priceless.

by Julie Roberts
Julie lives in greater New York with her husband and dog. Cooking, gardening, traveling, and being as active as possible are some of her favorite hobbies. She is not a big fan of TV - except maybe The Food Network.

Juhi Agrawal seems like she has the best hobby in the world — playing with lions!

We’ve shared some of Juhi’s videos before (like this one, where a giant cat practically leaps into her arms), and from the looks of it, she has an amazing connection with the big cats at this rehabilitation center.

Based in Bloemfontein, South Africa the Cheetah Experience aims to help, breed, and then release big cats back into the “‘protected wild,’ where they will be interfered with as little as possible by humans, yet will still be monitored closely by vets and researchers in order for us to gain better insight into the lives of these magnificent creatures.”

If you’ve ever had a hunch that our domesticated kitties weren’t so far off from the wild lions and cheetahs of Africa, this video should help prove that theory! When buddies Jubatus and Achillies notice that their Juhi has come over for a visit, they act just like affectionate house cats! They have no idea of their strength, practically pushing the fence down between themselves and Juhi in order to get a few kisses.

If you’ve ever thought about volunteering for a big cat organization, this video might just be the thing that makes you do it! Who doesn’t want this kind of love?
