To say that we are here for the royals would be a lie. We are here for Princess Charlotte and Prince George and whatever adorable antics they get into that day.
The royal family (aka Prince William, Kate Middleton, Prince Harry, Meghan Markle, and Queen Elizabeth II) stepped out onto the balcony of Buckingham Palace yet again to observe and celebrate the royal flypast. This year’s royal flypast celebrated the 100th anniversary of the British Royal Air Force and featured 100 aircraft zipping around the skies.
The sky display was quite a sight, and the adult members of the royal family were out in full force; the two duchesses looked absolutely stunning in their outfits. Although the adults and the air performance were amazing, it was Princess Charlotte and Prince George who truly stole the show.
The adorable siblings couldn’t stop goofing off from behind a window inside Buckingham Palace. The littlest royals weren’t invited onto the balcony with their parents, and now we know why! From their secluded interior room, George smiled and preened for the paparazzi cameras, while little Charlotte literally licked the window pane and blessed us with her now-signature royal wave.
If you’ve seen any photos of George and Charlotte at a royal event, they’re clearly over it. So we’re going to guess the little royals had more fun in their off-site viewing area.
All this proves is that their parents definitely made the right decision to leave them off the balcony! Watch the video below to see the royal kids’ silly antics!
