Ingredients
  • 3 cups flour
  • 3 tsps. sugar
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 14 cups Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 12 oz. beer
  • 2 Tbsps. butter, melted
Instructions
  • Preheat oven to 350 °F.
  • Combine flour, sugar, garlic powder, baking powder, salt, and 1 cup cheese in mixing bowl.
  • Create a well, and pour in beer.
  • Mix with wooden spoon until ingredients blend.
  • Pour into bread pan, and top with additional Cheddar cheese.
  • Bake for 45 minutes.
  • Remove bread from pan, and drizzle with butter.
  • Slice, serve, and enjoy!
