This garlic cheese bread is the perfect appetizer to serve at dinner or to guests at a party. And if any of your guests love cheese as much as I do, they will surely be coming back for seconds.

- 3 cups flour
- 3 tsps. sugar
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
1⁄4cups Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 12 oz. beer
- 2 Tbsps. butter, melted
- Preheat oven to 350 °F.
- Combine flour, sugar, garlic powder, baking powder, salt, and 1 cup cheese in mixing bowl.
- Create a well, and pour in beer.
- Mix with wooden spoon until ingredients blend.
- Pour into bread pan, and top with additional Cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 45 minutes.
- Remove bread from pan, and drizzle with butter.
- Slice, serve, and enjoy!
