Growing up, many kids were told to never play with their food, but 39-year-old Stephan Brusche, a Dutch artist from the Netherlands, never got that memo because he has a habit of turning fruit into pretty works of art.
With just a ballpoint pen, paint, and knife, Stephan can transform bananas, kiwis, and other yummy everyday fruits into some familiar animals.
He creates intricate designs on the peel and uploads time-lapse videos of the whole process and the end result online. He’s made a rooster on a banana and a penguin on a pear, along with a ton of other mind-blowing designs.
His Instagram page has hundreds of completed art projects that will be sure to blow you away, but we think the below video clip is a great display of how crazy of a transformation his designs are.
His designs could be a great inspiration to try to get your own kids to enjoy and get excited about eating healthy food.
