Blend Feta And Herbs, And Drizzle With Olive Oil For A Creamy Cheese Dip

With longer days and warmer temperatures, summer is the perfect time to gather some friends together and have a picnic. This week, Hostess Next Door Vanessa Cantave is in the LittleThings kitchen to share what’s in her picnic basket. First, she whips up a creamy cheese dip with just three ingredients.

In this delectable dip, feta cheese is the star of the show. The feta in this cheese dip adds a creamy consistency that pairs with everything from chips to crudités.

For the main dish, Vanessa adds a gourmet upgrade to a tuna sandwich with artichokes and a homemade lemon dressing. Her lemon dressing, made with just mayonnaise and lemon, adds a zesty kick to her tuna baguette.

Ingredients
  • 6 to 8 oz. feta cheese, crumbled
  • 12 cup parsley, leaves only
  • 14 cup mint, tarragon, or dill
Instructions
  • 1. Combine all the ingredients in a food processor with a splash of water, then pulse until fully combined.
  • 2. Drizzle the dip with olive oil and serve with vegetables or chips.
