Soldier Nathan Fair Sings About His Fallen Brothers

by Paul Morris
Paul is a proud Southerner who enjoys long walks in the woods, sweet tea, and watching movies. He’s also an expert pastry chef and will share his rhubarb-berry pie recipe with just about anyone who asks. He loves America and playing with animals of all kinds. When he isn't writing about the things he loves most, you can find him in the great outdoors!

Musician Nathan Fair is a traveling musician as well as an Infantry Staff Sergeant in the United States Army.

Fair joined the Army back in 2003 and served with the legendary 101st Airborne devision for three years. After that he went with the 10th Mountain Division and then they 82nd Airborne until 2013. Fair is currently serving at Ft. Myer in Virginia with the 3rd Infantry Regiment known as the elite “Old Guard” drill team.

When he isn’t busy being an incredible example of what an American patriotic soldier should be, Fair also spends some of his time as a singer/songwriter.

It wasn’t until 2011 that he was discovered during a songwriting competition; his song “Fallen Soldier” will make you tear up.

For some reason, no major record label has signed this incredibly talented and patriotic soldier. His amazing song and video is slowly spreading across the internet and on iTunes. He’s beginning to see some success opening for stars like Lynyrd Skynyrd and he even opened for the Mavericks; it’s about time that he becomes the main event, like this Marine!

The song and video is based on a true story close to the musical artist, and if you get a chance please scroll down and listen to this veteran patriot soldier’s heartbreaking song. It’s really worth listening to!
