Rescue Dog Sees Her First Snowfall, And She’s Absolutely In Love With It

If it happened when we were little, most of us don’t really remember our first snowfall — especially if it snowed all the time growing up.

But Dolce, a rescue dog from Puerto Rico, had absolutely no idea what to do when she saw the fluffy white stuff for the first time.

In the video below, Dolce is sitting inside when her dad asks her the magic question: “Do you want to go outside?”

She runs for the door. When her dad opens it, she tries jumping all over him because she’s so excited. But then she notices that something isn’t quite like it was yesterday.

Now there’s white snow all over the ground, and it’s cold.

At first she doesn’t leave the patio, but with some encouragement from Dad, she ventures out into her backyard.

When she gets all four paws wet, she’s not quite sure what to do with herself. Should she eat it, roll around in it, or play with it?

Well, she does all three.

She sniffs it, jumps around in it, and then finally runs around in it like she can’t get enough of the snow. She even crawls around on her belly in it before rolling over and getting herself completely covered.

And because she just doesn’t want to go inside yet, she does it all over again but in different spots in the backyard. Good luck getting this dog to come back in the house!
