Grandma Visits Bernese Mountain Dog And The Big Guy Absolutely Loses It When He Sees Her

Easter Sunday just passed, and that means that many of you probably saw family members you hadn’t seen in a while.

Family can brighten your day tenfold. Whenever I get to travel across the country to see mine, it is always a special treat.

This is especially so for my grandma; she is so amazing, bubbly, and sweet, she is essentially a human painkiller.

I have a feeling that I’m not alone in this sentiment, and that most people can’t wait to see their grandparents. They can’t help but smile after seeing them.

According to the video below, dogs also feel the same way!

Three-year-old Augie, the big Burnese mountain dog starring in the clip below, got a surprise visit from his grandma and grandpa and was absolutely thrilled.

He starts with the usual overly excited doggy behavior when grandma opens the door to greet him — wiggling his big body, jumping, and panting uncontrollably.

Then he takes to the floor for belly rubs with a smile on his face that is so big and genuine, you know it’s because he gets to see his favorite people.

Check out the entire clip below. Anyone who absolutely loves their grandparents should be able to sympathize.
