I am constantly on the lookout for springtime crafts that I can make with my nieces and nephews.

There are so many fun ideas to try with them that can put a smile on their faces and produce some adorable DIY results.

We’ve tried everything from watercolor painting to red, white, and blue patriotic Mason jars.

But now I’ve found a cute craft that I absolutely can’t wait to try out with them.

In this exclusive video, you’ll see how simple it is to make flower ball decorations that will brighten up any home. All you need are a few simple supplies and a couple of eager crafters.

Just make sure they are extra careful with the pins!

  • Styrofoam ball
  • Pearl corsage pins
  • Scrapbook paper
  • Flower-shaped punch

  1. Cut flower shapes out of scrapbook paper using a flower-shaped punch.
  2. Pin the flowers to the styrofoam ball, placing the pins directly in the middle of the flowers.
  3. Curl up the sides of the flower petals.
  4. Place on display for all to enjoy!

This decorative flower ball would look great in my front hall, greeting everyone with a little DIY springtime cheer.
