Start by choosing your rice base: cauliflower rice, brown rice, or sushi rice. Next, pick your mix-in: rice noodle salad, marinated kale and cucumber salad, or veggie noodle salad.

After that, choose your protein: shrimp, tuna, sweet vinegar marinated eggplant, or salmon. Finally, pick a sauce: ginger lime teriyaki, spicy sriracha mayo, or soy lime vinaigrette. Don’t forget to top the dish with your favorite toppings, like green onion, sesame seeds, nori, and more.
