1⁄4cup pecans, chopped
1⁄4cup walnuts, chopped
1⁄2cups coconut, shredded
- 3 tbsps. flour
- 2 egg whites
- white chocolate chips
- milk chocolate chips
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded coconut, sugar, flour, and salt. Add the chopped nuts and egg whites.
- Use an ice cream scoop to scoop the batter onto a lined cookie sheet. Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.
- Add the shortening to the white chocolate chips and milk chocolate chips. Melt each at 30 second intervals in the microwave until fully melted.
- Drizzle the chocolate sauces over the macaroons and serve!
