Avocados are known to contain a lot of healthy fats but rarely have we ever thought to add them to a dessert menu. Well, it turns out that chef Carolina Santos-Neves has combined two ingredients that surprisingly complement each other in ways you’d never expect! Avocados and chocolate really do wonders together!

- 2 Ripe avocados
- 1 Cup Almond milk
3⁄4cup Raw cocoa powder
- 1 Tsp Vanilla extract
1⁄4Tsp Ground cinnamon
1⁄2cup Unsweetened coconut flakes
- Pinch Salt
- In a high powered blender combine all of the ingredients!
- Blend until silky smooth.
- Scoop mousse into bowl or glassware
- Top with fresh bananas, strawberries, or blueberries
