Surprise! Chip and Joanna Gaines’ bundle of joy has arrived two and a half weeks early.

The former Fixer Upper stars welcomed their fifth child together over the weekend, Chip announced via Twitter. They settled on the name Crew for their son, a moniker that broke from the family’s tradition of giving their boys names that start with the letter D.

“And then there were 5.. The Gaines crew is now 1 stronger!” Chip, 43, told his followers early Saturday morning. “10 beautiful toes and 10 beautiful fingers all accounted for, and big momma is doing great! #blessedBeyondBelief.”

Joanna, 40, took to Instagram the following day to share a series of adorable photos from the day Crew was born, noting in the caption that the family “couldn’t be more in love” with its latest addition.

“[Crew] made an unexpected (and speedy) entrance into the world two and a half weeks early — which is fitting given he was a sweet surprise from day one,” Joanna explained. “Thank you for your thoughts and prayers. We are so grateful.”

Little Crew will grow up alongside Drake, 13; Ella, 11; Duke, 9; and Emmie Kay, 8.

Joanna had told People in May that she and Chip are open to expanding their family even further in the future: “I joke with my friends that I’m going to be that 45-year-old who’s pregnant,” she dished. “Chip is such a kid at heart and we both love a big family. I’m open to whatever. I’m just having fun with it.”
