Unless you are lactose intolerant (and if you are, my most sincere apologies for the following statement), there is nothing negative you can say about cheese.
It makes almost everything so, so much better.
It’s savory, it’s creamy, it can be sharp or gentle, or even provide a punch of earthy flavors to your palate. There is so much to be done with cheese, and you should never limit your imagination when you’re working with cheese in your kitchen!
It’s always such a lovely surprise when you bite into food and are greeted with an explosion of melty cheese on your tongue. These stuffed foods should be a food group all on their own, because goodness, are they delicious!

2. Squash Blossom
Cheese is a wonderful source of calcium and protein, along with vitamins A, B12, and zinc. So, if you put some in a gorgeous squash blossom and deep-fry it, it’s basically like you’re eating a salad… I think.

Have you ever seen a cheese-stuffed pretzel roll before? Because I haven’t. Am I behind the cheese-stuffed times? What else am I missing?

I know you could put cheese on hot dogs, but I was unaware that you could stuff them with cheese and wrap them in bacon.
I bet you never thought to hollow out a boring old zucchini and stuff it with some yummy cheese, eh? This dish looks absolutely beautiful.
7. Ramen Ball
How can you possibly go wrong with fried balls of ooey-gooey cheesy ramen? You simply cannot.
8. Fried Pickle
Brie cheese, cream cheese, and cheddar cheese stuffed into bacon-wrapped fried pickles. Now that’s a mouthful.
9. Mashed-Potato Ball
I knew that you could mix cheese in with mashed potatoes, but I was unaware that it was possible to get a bomb of melty cheese inside of a fried mashed-potato ball. Holy cow, goodbye diet!
I totally understand why there is only one itty bitty bite left of this cheesy waffle for the photo. I would have gobbled it right up, too!
In my humble opinion, diets out of vanity and not for health reasons are for the dogs! Besides, research has shown that a substance called butyrate found in some cheeses even helps you slim down.
So, why not some cheesy sushi? Hey, I’ll try anything once.
Who needs the sauce of an eggplant parmesan when you can just have more cheese stuffed into the middle of a slice?
