Catherine Zeta-Jones’ Daughter Carys Spills Details On Advice Her Mom Gave Her About Hollywood

by Madison Vanderberg

Famous celebrity offspring are taking over Hollywood. From the Baldwins to the Beckhams to the Pinkett-Smiths, it seems like we’re being introduced to talented new celebrity kids every other day, and today we give you Carys Zeta Douglas, Catherine Zeta-Jones and Michael Douglas’ 15-year-old daughter.

Catherine and Carys went to the Michael Kors fashion show in New York this week, and it’s probably only a matter of time before Carys graduates to supermodel status herself.

“Last year was her first fashion show here at Michael’s show, but she’s been asking me since she was like two years old,” Catherine told Entertainment Tonight.

“I love this!” Carys added. “It’s a dream to come back again.”

Despite Carys’ love for the industry, Catherine seems intent on giving her as normal a life as possible.

“She’s a 15-year-old school girl who gets to go to a few fashion shows, you know what I mean? But she loves to act and sing and write songs. We just have a lot of fun, she’s a good girl,” her mom explained.

And if Carys does follow in her parents’ footsteps, her mom gave her the best advice.

“You know who you are better than anyone knows you, and you know your true values,” Carys said of her mother’s advice. “Stick to that and have fun.”
