We were not all cut out to homeschool our kids. That much is true. But while, in most cases, we’re probably our own harshest critics when it comes to all the ways we’re failing, one little boy in Kentucky seems to be his mom’s!

The little boy named Ben just wrote a hilarious note divulging that his mom is really not doing a very good job at being a teacher at all. It turned out to be downright hilarious.

The good news is that his mom, Candice Hunter Kennedy, is also laughing. She found the note in Ben’s journal, which pretty much shattered any illusions she may have had about her homeschooling skills to begin with.

“It is not going good. My mom is getting stressed out,” Ben wrote.

“My mom is getting confused.” LOL!

She thought it was so funny, she had to share it on social media. Of course, it went viral quickly. Parents everywhere could obviously relate to what this mom is going through right now, as we’re all going through the same thing.

At the very least, we’ve got our kids to keep us laughing. Well, they may be laughing at us as we try our best to slap together a curriculum. But at least there’s laughter happening, and that’s what really matters.
