When the British royal family has something to say, it’s a good bet that the whole world will turn up to listen.
In fact, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, as well as Prince Harry, are some of the most prominent celebrity figures in the world.
But the British royal family isn’t just famous; they also know how to use their fame for a cause.
Kate works with people struggling with addiction. Harry works to help homeless veterans. And William works with children who are struggling with bereavement.
That’s just a short list of their many charitable causes. But after some time, all three royals realized a common theme unites their work: mental health.
Addiction, homelessness, and bereavement are intimately linked with mental health conditions, such as depression, PTSD, anxiety, and bipolar disorder.
Prince Harry has been very open about his own experiences with depression following the death of his mother, Princess Diana.
Now, the three young royals want to help more people have conversations about mental health — and get the help they may need.
