Woman Is Scared By Her Own Reflection After Cancer So Doctors Surprise Her With New Face

by Jess Butler
Jess is a curly-haired Jersey girl who adores penguins and watches the worst reality shows on TV.

At 20 years old, Briana was diagnosed with cancer and had to fight for her life. Luckily, the young woman beat the odds and survived, but she was left with a scar that continued to haunt her.

In part one of this episode of The Doctors, Briana explains:

“I started to notice a blister in my gum area. As the months went on, it got bigger and bigger — like a tennis ball. The tumor got so big, it was pushing down the left side of my teeth. On one side, I feel like I have a normal person’s face, and on this side, I look like a skeleton. This stopped my entire life.”

Briana had a tumor removed from the left side of her face not once, but twice. The second surgery took out her entire sinus and left her looking hollow — and afraid of her own reflection. After everything Briana had been through, she felt disfigured and alone.

So, she met with the hosts of The Doctors on January 12, 2018, to seek help.

In the video below, Dr. Travis Stork tells her, “I’m proud of you. You’re here today, despite social anxiety, in front of all these people. There is so much hope.”

Then, Briana breaks down in tears when she realizes a couple of doctors are going to give her a brand-new face.

Learn how these doctors plan to transform her face in the video below, and please SHARE if you are glad Briana’s finally getting the help she needs to feel confident in her own skin again!
