New moms these days don’t have it easy. Society seems to be at a divide on whether or not it is acceptable to breastfeed children in public, and moms may feel embarrassed by their choice.

While some choose to nurse their child, they may avoid to do so in public.

But many mothers stand by their belief that it is their right to feed their child wherever they please. They’re even defending themselves against authorities, like this young woman, who has breastfed in a Piggly-Wiggly. When an officer threatened to arrest her for indecent exposure, she didn’t hesitate to bring the law on her side.

But while we know how most women feel about nursing in public, what role do dads play in the process?

One woman’s picture is showing everyone that men can play a positive role, making the woman’s life easier!

The picture, posted on the Breastfeeding Mama Talk Facebook page, is by mom Danielle Solito, who has a 10-year-old and a 15-month-old.

When her baby got hungry in the middle of a Target, she didn’t hesitate to feed the child – but it’s how her husband helped that’s going viral!

Mom Danielle Solito was in a Target with her family when her 15-month-old baby suddenly got hungry.

While toting around a 10-year-old, too, the mom had her hands full. She started breastfeeding her baby.

While this is not at all unusual, it’s what her husband did next that proves that husbands and fathers can totally help moms in this moment, and make their lives a little easier!

Danielle climbed into the shopping cart with the baby in her arms.

Her husband then proceeded to push her around the store without batting an eye!

Danielle writes about the incident:

How daddies can be part of the feeding process if their baby is breastfed… ‘When you’ve been in the target toy section for 45 minutes with your 10-year-old birthday girl, and the 15-month-old wants to nurse you, take their seat and nurse her while the hubs pushes you around.’-
