‘The Brady Bunch’ Cast Admits Which Items They Took Home From The Original Set

by Angela Andaloro

The cast of The Brady Bunch appeared on Rachael Ray to talk about their new show, A Very Brady Renovation.

The show follows the cast members and HGTV favorites as they renovate the inside of the home used for outdoor shots to match the show’s set. While on Rachael’s show, the six original sitcom siblings answered fan questions. When a fan asked about whether or not any of them kept anything from the original set, there was a “very-unBrady-like” confession.

“We were good kids! That would have been stealing!” Eve Plumb joked.

It was Maureen McCormick who did reveal she had something.

“I took something,” the actress who portrayed Marcia Brady said. “But I have to say, I did ask the prop people if I could have it,” she continued. “We did a show, ‘A Very Brady Christmas,’ and there was this cute little wooden Santa that was hanging, and I was just like, ‘I want that in my house every Christmas at home with my family.'”

Maureen then encouraged Barry Williams to tell a little story of his own. “I waltzed off the set with the Hawaiian tiki — completely by accident because I just happened to be wearing it and forgot to take it off,” the actor said coyly. The infamous tiki was featured in the episode where the Bradys go to Hawaii.

Catch up on A Very Brady Renovation, which premiered last week. The new episode is on at 9 p.m. ET on HGTV.
