Brad Pitt is the latest celebrity to give his all to make the class of 2020 feel special. The Springfield, Missouri, native took some time to record a video message for Missouri State University’s graduating class.
Although he graduated from the University of Missouri himself, Brad had no problem showing love for MSU grads.
The school shared Brad’s video message with students on Monday. “Hi everyone, Brad here … with a shout-out to the graduating class of Missouri State University!” he began his message. The 56-year-old looked relaxed in the outdoor setting of his video. His signature long tresses are looking a little messy. Then again, if you were Brad, you might not let just anybody give you a DIY haircut while sheltering in place.
“It must be very strange doing this in these trying times, but know we’re rooting for you,” Brad continued. “Our money’s on you to make this world a better place. And we wish you all the best in your future endeavors.”
“You did it, you made it!” he cheered. “Enjoy, congrats again, and think big!”
Before this message, we had last seen Brad during his hilarious Saturday Night Live cameo. The actor made Dr. Anthony Fauci’s dreams come true by playing the esteemed medical professional in a sketch.
“To the real Dr. Fauci, thank you for your calm and your clarity in this unnerving time,” Brad said when he broke character at the end of the sketch. “And thank you to the medical workers, first responders, and their families for being on the front line.”
