We take advantage of many things we are able to do in our daily lives because most people in the world have these faculties.

Things like hearing, speaking, or even walking are taken for granted when we aren’t aware of how many others aren’t able to do these things.

But many people whose daily lives are completely changed because of the loss of one of these faculties know how much we rely on them. The parents of children who cannot walk or hear must change their lives because of their child’s disability. Moms like Caitlin Orante learn how to cope. When her 2 year old son was almost completely deaf, she started to learn sign language.

Though we’re sure that one day, little Kaiden Orante will appreciate the significance of his mother’s gesture, he won’t need to thank her for it in sign language. The child had slowly been becoming deaf since birth, but a hearing aid put a stop to that. He hadn’t heard his mother’s voice in a very long time, but wait until you see the moment he hears it for the first time again. Absolutely priceless!

Now watch the clip to see this adorable little boy dance with joy at the sound of his mother’s voice.
