A little boy named Cooper had his Christmas wish come true with help from Santa, his elves, and Cooper’s parents.

On December 23, 2016, a family drove three hours to the nearest airport to pick up Cooper’s Christmas gift: an adorable boxer puppy. Santa had written him a letter explaining that he couldn’t deliver the present himself on Christmas so they had to go a few days earlier.

Cooper read the letter from Santa with a smile on his face as he got excited about what could possibly be his gift. “This was a big request,” the boy read aloud. “Unfortunately, I couldn’t bring your dog on my sleigh because it could be too dangerous so I agreed to have him delivered on an airplane.”

Cooper’s eyes lit up as he reads but it didn’t quite hit him that he was actually getting a puppy for Christmas.

You’ll see that once he read “I hope you enjoy your new dog,” Cooper immediately started crying and looking out the car door.

The boy was so overwhelmed with emotion when his dad opened the door and pulled a blanket off the most adorable boxer puppy.

Cooper cradled the puppy and continued to cry, but the puppy jumped up and covered his cheeks with kisses. Watch the adorable surprise happen in the footage below.
