Halloween is fast-approaching and that means it is time to start looking fun and delicious spooky treats to make.

I love finding exciting new ideas for projects that I can do with my nieces and nephews, like making these creative Halloween goodie bags shaped like hands. So when I saw this simple recipe that is perfect for making with kids, I knew I’d be trying it right away.

These boo-nana popsicles are so simple to create, and they are just as delicious as they are fun. All you need are bananas, white chocolate chips, regular chocolate chips, and popsicle sticks.

Simply cut peeled bananas in half, and then again long ways. Melt a bag of white chocolate chips in a large mixing bowl in the microwave. This can be a little tricky, so you may need to melt them for 30 seconds, stir them a bit, and then repeat until they are nice and creamy. Then, place a popsicle stick in each banana piece, dip it in white chocolate, give it two regular chocolate chip eyes, and place them in the fridge to harden.

Watch the video below to see just how simple these boo-nanas can be. They really are perfect for doing with kids, and are sure to liven up any Halloween party.
