The man in the clip below is keeping himself accountable by becoming a viral sensation with his hilarious custom workout plan: busting a groove to Justin Bieber hits. Though JP Williams, a tattooed father living in England, usually prefers jamming to metal music, he definitely doesn’t hold back with these pop tunes.
He chose Bieber based on how catchy his songs are and the fact that his young sons love the music so much. In fact, it’s the only thing that calms his 10-month-old down when he’s feeling grumpy.
After filming his first week of shimmying to the teen idol’s song “Sorry,” Willams was baffled to see the view count on his silly project reach so high. He only expected to entertain his friends and family, so you can imagine it was quite a shock.
He performs the routine on a daily basis, but only uploads updates once a week on Sundays. So far, at three weeks in, he’s only lost about 6 lbs., but he’s determined to continue until he reaches his goal of about 50 lbs. shed.
