Halloween isn’t even here yet, but celebrities have been celebrating the spookiest day of the year all month long.
We all know that Hollywood goes hard for Halloween. From crazy costumes to film and stage-grade cosmetics at their disposal, some celebrities go all out.
There were a number of big Halloween parties in Los Angeles this weekend. Friday night was the Casamigos Halloween party in Beverly Hills, with a “Psychedelic Spirits” theme. Demi Lovato hosted a huge bash at SBE Hyde for friends and family on Saturday night. Sunday night was the American Horror Story 100th episode celebration at Hollywood Forever Cemetery.
The event saw the debut of series regular Evan Peters and singer Halsey as a couple. Even celebrities who didn’t attend any of these big events seemed to be starting off the celebrations early. Gabrielle Union, for example, had a costume birthday party that drew some big names as well.
Kourtney Kardashian channeled her inner-millennial with her Ariana Grande costume. The 40-year-old looked adorable in a baby doll dress and a sky-high ponytail, with a microphone in hand as she was seated at a piano.
Demi Lovato wore two different looks that were equally awesome. She dressed up as Marie Antoinette, complete with huge wig. She also channeled the horror of the holiday with a Pennywise costume.
Jessica Biel channeled arguably the best era of Justin Timberlake’s evolving looks when she showed up as her husband during his ‘N Sync prime. Justin was there, dressed as a microphone and by her side.
Elizabeth Hurley was looking killer in her Kill Bill costume. The 54-year-old actress did her best Uma Thurman impression and struck a pose in a skintight yellow catsuit, complete with a sword in her hand.
Dressing up as Jennifer Lopez is pretty daring as it is, but tackling the dress that stopped the world dead in its tracks is truly an act of bravery. Leave it to Lisa Rinna, who did the look justice and had a great time doing it.
John Legend and Chrissy Teigen haven’t debuted their respective Halloween looks just yet, but they’ve given us some sneak peeks at their kids’ looks. Miles will be sporting a puppy dog look, while Luna took on Wonder Woman in the best way.
Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber were the epitome of flower children in their swanky ’60s getups. Rande even wore a custom T-shirt that had Cindy’s face on it, complete with big, voluminous hair.
Gabrielle Union had a costume party to celebrate her 47th birthday. Before the festivities, she posed with nearly 1-year-old daughter Kaavia James, who matched mama in a green-and-gold cheerleaders uniform.
Ashley Graham proved that you can still pull off sexy while pregnant with her super-authentic Jessica Rabbit costume. Husband Justin Ervin didn’t match the model, but he did look great himself in his “Macho Man” Randy Savage costume.
Evan Peters and singer Halsey made their black-and-red carpet debut as a couple at the American Horror Story 100th episode celebration. The pair dressed up as Sonny and Cher in an iconic matching polka dot look.
Jameela Jamil took a break from dismantling the patriarchy to attend Demi Lovato’s Halloween bash. There, Jameela showed off her subservient side in a classic nun costume while posing with Demi herself.
We’re not sure if this is Stormi Webster’s official Halloween costume, but you can’t help but crack a smile seeing Stormi dressed as a mini Kylie Jenner. The little girl wore a super-cute replica of her mom’s Met Gala look.
Tracee Ellis Ross showed off her look from the Halloween episode of Blackish, which saw the Johnson family take on characters from Jordan Peele’s Us. Tracee is dressed as Lupita Nyong’o’s character, Adelaide Wilson.
Last but not least is the Queen of Halloween herself, Heidi Klum. While Heidi won’t undergo her official costume transformation for Halloween until Thursday, she stepped out this weekend with husband Tom Kaulitz in head-to-toe glitter.
