As a mom of three, Colleen Marchand knows how difficult it can be to fit a workout into a busy schedule. Still, she finds ways to exercise — even if that means going for a run with her toddler’s stroller in tow.
“It’s about getting the run in,” Colleen says. “If I’ve had my run in, it’s like water off a duck’s back. [The day] is so much easier. I feel better.”
