Flight Makes Emergency Landing For Potty Break Because Passengers Couldn’t Hold It In Anymore

Imagine you’re on a six-hour coast-to-coast flight when the pilot informs you that an emergency landing has to be made hundreds of miles away from your destination. Panic would surely start to set in, wouldn’t it?

Well, for the Delta passengers on a direct flight from New York City to Seattle, an emergency landing was probably welcomed with nothing but relief!

You see, passengers on that plane found themselves in a horribly uncomfortable situation. Mid-journey, the toilets somehow “ceased functioning,” according to a Delta incident report.

As you might expect, that caused many passengers to flip out. Knowing that six hours  \stood between them and the solace of bathroom relief was no small inconvenience.

As more and more passengers started to panic about not being able to hold it in any longer, the pilot decided to make an unscheduled stop hundreds of miles south of Seattle.

The plane landed successfully, and passengers ran into the terminal to use the bathroom. While on the ground, the toilets were serviced and fixed.

It’s a good thing they stopped — imagine what would have happened if someone’s cork had popped midair!

Not a pleasant flight if you ask me! Check out the full story in the video below, and please SHARE it on Facebook!
