Brockton, MA, resident Ryan Jones was driving past a barbershop called Bester Styles when he spotted something incredible.

Shop owner Corey Bester was standing outside on the sidewalk giving a haircut to a man in a wheelchair.

Jones posted this photo on Facebook and it has since gone viral, having been shared thousands of times. He writes:

“So I was driving down Main Street today right in downtown and I came across this sight right here.

“I don’t know who they are but I can tell you right now that barber is amazing, to go out of his way to make sure that that man was taken care of despite his disability is just amazing.”

“You don’t see stuff like this every day so I figured I would put this out there.

“This barber could have easily said sorry bud I can’t get you in because you’re in that wheelchair but instead he accommodated that man and did what he had to do to make sure he had a fresh cut.”

“Like I said this may not seem like a big deal to most people but I’m sure it made that man’s day.”

The barber was quickly identified on social media as Corey Bester of Bester Styles.

Bester recently opened up this new location for his barbershop, and hasn’t yet been able to install a wheelchair ramp.

He told local newspaper the Enterprise that he has since received a ton of support from friends, family, and the community as a result of the viral photo.

Bester tells the Enterprise, “It was totally unexpected. I had to help him out and do what I had to do.

“That’s my nature. People are just seeing me do what I do. It’s all about love.”

This incredible photo has proven to be an inspiration to people around the country, and shows just how important small acts of kindness can truly be.
