These Might Be The Most Incredible Balloon Animals Ever Made

Jordan Bio Photo by Jordan Julian
Jordan is a writer from New York and a current student at the University of Virginia.

Many people’s fondest memories of growing up involve birthday parties.

When I was growing up, balloon animals were a staple at most of the parties I attended, but the masterpieces created by Japanese balloon artist Masayoshi Matsumoto are not your average birthday party balloons.

Masayoshi specializes in making insanely realistic animal sculptures from balloons. That’s right, just balloons. In his Instagram bio, the balloon animal expert explains that he does not use any additional materials like adhesives or markers when making his creations, which is pretty incredible when you think about it.

According to Metro, it takes around two hours for Masayoshi to finish a piece, although the more complex designs can take up to six hours.

I think Masayoshi’s hard work definitely pays off, but you can check out his incredible creations below and decide for yourself!
