1⁄2 cups flour - 3 cups white sugar

1⁄2 tsp. baking powder - 2 tsps. baking soda
- 3 tsps. allspice
- 2 cups pumpkin puree
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- Preheat oven to 325°F.
- Add flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and allspice, then mix together with a whisk.
- Empty the pumpkin puree into a different bowl along with the eggs and vegetable oil. Mix with electric mixer until smooth.
- Combine the mixtures together until also smooth and pour into Mason jar.
- Place the jar in the oven and bake for 40 minutes.
- Enjoy!
