Ingredients
  • 3 12 cups flour
  • 3 cups white sugar
  • 12 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 tsps. baking soda
  • 3 tsps. allspice
  • 2 cups pumpkin puree
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
Instructions
  • Preheat oven to 325°F.
  • Add flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and allspice, then mix together with a whisk.
  • Empty the pumpkin puree into a different bowl along with the eggs and vegetable oil. Mix with electric mixer until smooth.
  • Combine the mixtures together until also smooth and pour into Mason jar.
  • Place the jar in the oven and bake for 40 minutes.
