Moms face a lot of pressure in the days, weeks, and months after giving birth.

Many mothers want to get into shape after they have their babies, but that can be hard to do alongside taking care of the little ones. Some mothers may not be able to afford to leave their newborns with sitters, while others my choose not to.

Having to tend to their babies isn’t stopping mothers in the UK from trying to get fit, though. They just take their babies along with them.

Instead of hitting the gym every day, mothers at Buggy Bootcamp hit the park. They bring their kiddos along and even utilize the little ones in their workout.

These powerful mamas don’t lift weights. They lift their babies.

Nicola Ostler, founder of Buggy Bootcamp, says her goal is to “gently get [moms] into exercise, focusing particularly on the muscles that are weakened through pregnancy and childbirth.” She does this through curating exercises that allow moms to use their babies as a weight.

The workouts even grow with the babies. As Nicola says, “as the babies get older, the moms get stronger.”

I usually find working out to be tough and boring, but I bet these babies make an hour of exercise much more fun. And much more adorable!
