This Adorable Lion Cupcake Is Perfect For Any Kid’s Birthday Party

It’s always so much fun to plan a children’s birthday party. That’s because no one appreciates a big, sugary celebration like a little boy or girl.

I remember when I was little, my mother went all out with our birthday cakes. For one of my little brother’s parties, I was old enough to help out with the cake. At the time, Bruno was really into construction vehicles, as any 3-year-old is wont to be.

My mom had big plans for this cake: Oreo cookie crumbles for dirt, blue gel icing for a lake, bright green colored whipped cream for the grass, and brand-new toy trucks placed on top. It was quite the sight to see, and Bruno absolutely loved it. He even dug into his own slice with the backhoe toy.

Liz Larson has the perfect cupcake decoration for your little one if he or she really likes the jungle. Her piping technique does take a lot of skill and practice, but if this is your thing, you’ve got to try this one out!

Even if you don’t think that you can master this yourself, you’re going to love watching this little king of the jungle come to life. Plus, just imagine how delighted any young one would be to see this appear before his or her eyes at the birthday party. Heck, I would love to receive a cupcake as adorable as this!
