Anyone who knows me is well aware that breakfast is my favorite meal of the day.
I love experimenting with new and exciting breakfast recipes all of the time, like bacon breakfast sushi. So naturally when I saw this easy-to-make recipe for a 60-second breakfast burrito, I knew I’d be trying it right away.
In this video, our DIY expert Jill Urban shows just how simple it is to make a delicious breakfast burrito. This is the perfect recipe to spice things up in the morning.
- Flour tortilla
- Hard-boiled egg
- Cheese, shredded
- Corn-and-bean salsa
- Peel and slice hard-boiled egg.
- Place egg slices in middle of tortilla.
- Sprinkle cheese over egg slices.
- Place spinach leaves over cheese.
- Top with corn-and-bean salsa.
- Fold tortilla to make burrito shape.
- Place burrito on panini press for 1 minute.
This recipe is perfect for me because it is inexpensive and takes no time at all. With only 6o seconds of cooking required, I’ll be able to make this amazing breakfast dish even when I’m in a rush.
